"They who dream by day are cognizant of many things which escape those who dream only by night." - Edgar Allan Poe
This poetic elegance reflects my lifelong passion for photography.
My father, an educator at Los Andes University in Merida, Venezuela, introduced me to photography. He captured aerial images to map topography in the photogrammetry lab. My passion for landscape photography was ignited in the darkroom, where images magically appeared on paper before my eyes.
Artists like Peter Lik, Ansel Adams, Henri Cartier-Bresson, and Marc Riboud have profoundly influenced my artistic development. Their work instilled in me a deep respect for the world's delicate details, colors, light, and textures. I strive to capture the harmony between landscapes and living things, reflecting my photographic perspective.
My creative approach to landscape photography blends aesthetics, innovation, and storytelling. My portfolio showcases a keen understanding of composition, lighting, and color, achieving visual harmony that invites viewers into the scene.
Nature is the ultimate artist. Through my photographs, I aim to capture and share its masterpieces, highlighting the intricate details and grandeur of the natural world. I emphasize environmental consciousness and preservation, hoping to inspire a sense of stewardship in my audience.
"The sun each day gives way to the horizon, shapes and forms are present, life flows with feelings of warmth, simplicity wrapped in silence, solitude, and timeless love." This is what photography means to me.
